Wild Deer Expo

Wild Deer Expo will be the biggest shooting show this year

The Wild Deer Hunting & Outdoors Expo is just over a week away and will be Australia’s largest hunting, shooting and outdoors exhibition of 2025.

About 90 exhibitors are listed for the show, which is being held at Lardner Park, Victoria, on the weekend of 11-12 October.

They include taxidermists, outfitters, clothing distributors, firearms dealers, optics brands and lots, lots more.

The Wild Deer Expo is being run under new management and in partnership with Winchester Australia and the Australian Deer Association. Other major sponsors including Stoney Creek, Swarovski and Dog & Gun Coffee.

WInchester will put on a large exhibit of various firearm and accessories brands, and Wedgetail Industries will debut its new bolt-action Orion Hunter rifle there.

Other brands of firearms will be represented by companies such as Hunting Depot, Alpine Country, Venture Hunting & Outdoors and others.

The Wild Deer Expo features great Aussie names such as Blackfoot Designs and Moroka.30, big internationals like Garmin and GPO, and local and foreign outfitters including High Country Safaris and Phumba Safaris.

In addition to the many booths and displays, you can also attend  cooking and butchering demonstrations or listen to various celebrities and speakers talking about hunting and the outdoors.

Come along with a friend, bring the family, support our sport, have a look at what’s new and join the many passionate outdoor enthusiasts at Australia’s biggest hunting, fishing and outdoor expo.

Our editor Mick Matheson and I will be there both days and look forward to catching up.

Tickets will be on sale at the door but you can avoid the queue by buying yours online now at the event website.
