From the makers of Accura riflescopes comes the Accura Tracker, a well-made 4G trail camera with the ability to capture 24 megapixel images and 1080HD video.
What’s so special about this model trail camera is the fact it works with Telstra networks and will MMS to a phone or to email.
In fact, you can send the image to up to four mobile numbers and four email addresses.
The new Accura Tracker also features a play-back screen and deploys black light illumination for night vision.
Featuring 5MP CMOS image sensor, this unit offers a 20-metre IR range and runs on 12 AA batteries or, alternatively, an optional 12-volt solar system.
While image resolution can be set at 5, 8, 12 or 24Mp, video-capture length can be set between 5 and 59 seconds, although the limit for video transmission is 5-10 seconds.
The Tracker retails for around $469 and comes complete with two antennas, USB cable and strap.
Optional extras include the Accura metal security box (RRP $59) and an Accura solar panel with charger and mount (RRP $129).
