Experienced hunter and fisherman, Martin Auldist, will take up the reins of sportingshootermag.com.au after today, bringing a fresh approach to Australia’s leading hunting magazine’s website.
Yaffa Outdoor Group publisher Jim Harnwell said Martin will bring a fresh approach to the website as it moves into a new era of accessibility.
“Martin is an accomplished outdoorsman with a professional background as an agricultural scientist, editor of Victorian Fishing Monthly and now as your web editor,” he said.
“He has travelled extensively for many years, having hunted in Africa and widely in the Pacific, all the while writing beautifully illustrated articles for Sporting Shooter magazine and our sister Fishing World. Now headquartered in the beautiful Gippsland region, he is located in Hunting Central, Victoria. Half his luck.
“With a new era of website-magazine-I-Pad digital edition very close to happening concurrent with the July edition of Sporting Shooter magazine, Martin will be an integral part of the Sporting Shooter brand and be taking our much-loved website on to a whole new level of responsiveness and relevance to our valued readership.
