South Australia is to have a firearms and accessories swap meet. It’s being run by the North Eastern Sports Shooting Club Inc. at their NESSCI range off Range Road North at the top of Tea Tree Gully hill.
Make sure you mark it in your diary…the date is Sunday, February 22, 2015. Gates open at 8 am for sellers and 10 am for buyers.
Admission is $10 for buyers or lookers, $20 for sellers, and $50 for storefront dealers. To limit the number of tyre kickers, we’re asking for at least one person per car to be a licensed shooter, so please bring your firearms licence.
We’re not advertising the event in the mainstream media, only in gun magazines, gun websites and gun shops…so we’d appreciate your help in passing the word to your shooting friends when you’re talking or emailing.
This is a great opportunity to clean out your shed and make some money out of the press you no longer use or the dies or brass you’ve grown out of.
For new shooters WHAT AN OPPORTUNITY to pick up reasonably priced guns or accessories and tools and gadgets.
Our demonstration shooters will be former World Champion Western Action shooter Jason Williams (aka Henry McCarty) and husband and wife team Neville ‘Red Morgan’ and Alli ‘Ruby Morgan’. They’ll demo at 11 am and 1 pm.
IPSC demos will be at 12 noon and 2 pm.
Some clubs are taking a table and members are donating items to raise money for the club.
Let us know if you’re coming as a seller, so we can slot you into our plan.
There’ll be a sausage sizzle and cold drinks and coffee available.
