Blair Montague sent in the classically-posed trophy pic of his recent red stag hunt. What the judges liked was the composition with a nice centre of interest in the hunter’s intense gaze into camer, his rough appearance, denoting a tough time in the leadup to the kill and the thoughtful posing of the stag.
