The claims made in “The Australian” broadsheet about a month ago, saying that a high-profile gunshop proprietor was a major donor to Bob Katter’s Australia Party have been debunked in a report in the Warwick Daily News on 7th December.
In the report, the gunshop owner gives the economic rationale for trophy hunting in Africa and its benefits for the local populations. The pic shows David Auger, proprietor of Queensland Gun Exchange with a cull giraffe in Africa.
