After years of planning and 18 months of construction, NIOA has moved to its new state-of-the-art, high security warehouse and distribution complex located within the Brisbane Airport Precinct. The facility is home to a 5000m2 bulk dangerous goods warehouse, high security firearms bunkers, Leupold factory optics laboratory and custom shop, gunsmithing workshops, expansive product showrooms, 200 seat training auditorium and a 100m indoor test firing range.
According to Ken Stevens, National Marketing Manager for NIOA. “The facility enables us to offer on-site warranty repair for optics and firearms including accuracy testing in our own 100 metre indoor range and sets a new industry benchmark for customer service and capabilities in Australia. Our product showrooms and training auditorium are second to none and we have implemented new automated order compiling and processing systems to ensure the fastest possible delivery times for our customers.”
