SSAA SHOT Expo 2024

One month to go till SSAA SHOT Expo 2024!

Australis’s biggest gun show, the SSAA SHOT Expo, is back — just a month away from opening at the Melbourne Showgrounds over the weekend of 19 and 20 October.

Presented by major sponsor Winchester Australia, along with Swarovski Optik, Hunt the Night and InfiRay, this major expo is expected to draw a huge crowd.

Hailed as the first major shooting, hunting and outdoor trades exhibition since 2019, SHOT Expo will include over 200 exhibitors, according to host branch SSAA Victoria.

It will showcase a vast array of hunting, shooting, fishing and outdoor gear, with the latest in firearms, optics, apparel and associated product available to see and, in many cases, handle.

The Grand Pavilion will house most of the exhibitors, trade shows, corporate and social events.

The outdoor Town Square space will be home to the show’s larger exhibits and activities, such as working gun dogs, archery and a huge amount of street food.

Daily ticket price are:

  • Adults, $28
  • Juniors (12-18), $18
  • Pensioners, $18
  • Kids (under 12), free
  • Family (2 adults, 2 juniors), $82

Don’t miss the opportunity to meet with the trade and the representatives of many well-known firearm brands and associated outdoor brands, and find out first-hand what’s new on the market.

Take advantage of the many weekend specials on offer and speak with the experts of the industry.

Mark the dates on your calendar and don’t miss this showcase for shooters, hunters and the great outdoors.

Our editor Mick Matheson and I will be there to check out what’s new. Don’t be shy to say gidday if you see us wandering about.

The Melbourne Showgrounds are located just 7km from the Melbourne CBD and only 15 minutes from the airport.
