The Queensland Agriculture Department has announced a new dog control program due to continued and increasing stock losses. The program takes aim at property owners who do not take active measures to control wild dogs on their properties and will in all likelihood result in future prosecutions and litigation
The dog problem is long standing and professional shooters have been doing their bit but they are thin on the ground and barely holding the line.
