Australian gun owners should take note that we aren’t the only citizens to be marginalised by zealous anti-gun politicians. It happens in the land of the free and home of the brave too.
Any NRA member will tell you that New York’s Mayor Bloomberg is no friend of gun owners. Now he is trying to force manufacturers in his bailiwick to uniquely microstamp all shell casings to come out of their factories.
In reply to this proposed nonsense, which is only designed to hurt legitimate business, Remington has told the State Governor that it may have to relocate to another state, thereby forcing the loss of over 1,000 workers’ jobs.
