In a staggering display of ignorance and prejudice, a Bega Shire Councillor has come out in print attacking a local archery club as fostering unwholesome activity for seniors and youth.
In a very rare occurrence these days, the mainstream Bega District News came out with balanced coverage of the issue, printing a scathing retort from Garry Mallard OAM, bowman and prolific accomplished writer in support of outdoor sports.
