Sporting Shooter on Aussie Hunting Podcast

The latest episode of the Australian Hunting Podcast features Sporting Shooter website editor Mick Matheson, who talks about firearms laws and the current state of hunting and shooting.

Host Jason Selmes introduces the podcast with a heart-felt condemnation of the actions of hunters such as Jim Pirie, who recently said on television that licensed hunters would shoot livestock. 

He sets the tone for the discussion with Mick, and the two cover shooting’s various lobbies, bodies and organisations, how effective they are and some of the challenges facing them. 

They also cover the politics of shooting, the laws that govern us, registries, gun theft and a range of other subjects, as well as giving you a bit of an insight into how this website evolved and what goes into it.
