In a city with the highest concentrated violent crime rate in the USA, the right to own and carry firearms by the law-abiding is rigorously controlled.
This report, form the Washington Times online shows how their city administrators and police would have victims of violent crime behave when a crime is to occur ie to not defend yourself, no matter what the potential outcome and give the criminal everything he wants.
It beggars belief that the seat of the Constitution of the USA can go down this road. See for yourself.
