This video has been doing the rounds this week in the aftermath of the Glenn McGrath hunting photos. Those that have accused Glenn and other hunters of shooting an elephant (or other beast) simply for the trophy need to watch this. The video shows the fascinating process that unfolds when a team of the local Africans converge on an elephant carcase and butcher it completely. Absolutely nothing is wasted, not even the bones and the guts. They even cook some of the meat to eat while they are working – presumably it is energy sapping work!
