DEMOCRACY FOR SALE
Our beloved government has again showntheir true colors towards law abiding shooters and firearms ownerswhen passing a bill to disallow the donation of funds by clubs topolitical parties. In my opinion, the whole box and dice was aimed atthe Shooters and Fishers Party in an effort to sink the good workthey are doing for law abiding shooters and outdoorsmen, by trying tolimit the funds they can receive.
It’s now law that unless you are onthe electoral roll, you simply can’t make a donation, so clubs andother organizations can no longer donate; only the members can. In aneffort to change this ridiculous bill, The Shooters and Fishers Partytabled a proposed amendment which was voted against by the Nationals,Liberals, Labor and the Greens.
Bottom line…we have no friends inpolitics. I’ll be supporting only the Shooters and Fishers Party infuture and make my donation direct.
All shooters and fishers in general inNew South Wales will need to start to donate small amounts direct tothe Party (Shooters And Fishers Party), as this is the only way theywill have the cash resources to fight for our rights.
