For too long, the QLD Labor Government has been beating LAFOs over the head with sneaky new laws while saying they have not changed the regulatory provisions in the Weapons Act – a patent porky according to Dickson – and Simon Munslow, our legal writer, who has been representing the interests of Queensland farmers in attempting to get their handguns back for stock work.
