Coles customers hop into wildlife
A report from the Weekly Times in Victoria has revealed that Coles sells three crocodiles, 25 deer, five camels and “lots” of kangaroos through its stores each week. Given that the supermarket giant makes such a fuss of selling RSPCA-approved eggs, one wonders if they have similar approval for selling native and introduced animals? Or do they only pay for that endorsement when it’s convenient?

Over at Lithgow arms, the wait is over with the first consignment of LA101 CrossOver rifles leaving Lithgow destined for Winchester for ditribution. Australian shooters will soon have these Aussie-made rifles in their hot little hands!
SFP on target for shooting clubs
The Shooters and Fishers Party have secured more than $500,000 in funding for more than 60 shooting clubs through the NSW Government’s Safe Shooting Grants program, and secured a commitment for the Program to continue in future years. See which clubs got lucky HERE.
Charges dropped
In South Australia, gun charges against independant candidate at recent state and federal elections, Mark Aldridge, have been dropped, prompting Police to review the state’s firearms licencing procedures. Meanwhile Mr Aldridge plans to sue the state Government for false arrest, accoding to news.com.au
