Sit back and enjoy another five fabulous videos from the wonderful world of hunting and shooting, hand picked by our esteemed editor Marcus O’Dean. This week we take a look at some ugly scenes from when pigs fight back, a bloke hitting clay targets out of mid air with a fishing lure, a very close encounter with a grizzly, some long range fox shooting, and a ‘bullet race’ between small game calibres. Grab a seat and check it out!
When big boars get nasty
We’ve seen some of these pig attacks before, but not in the same place at the same time. It makes impressive viewing, and it’s a good reminder to keep your wits about you when out chasing the big boars. And I love the music!
Skeet fishing
Clay targets are hard enough to hit with a shotgun…but with a fishing lure? You won’t believe the accuracy of this American’s casting as his smashes targets out of the air with his rod and line.
Bear close up
Does a bear poop in the woods? I’m not sure, but I’m pretty sure the bloke behind the camera filming this clip would have pooped in his underdaks! A little too close for comfort, I reckon.

Fox long shot
I love my 204 Ruger and this clip shows one of the reasons why. Watch as a pair of foxes meet their maker, courtesy of a projectile fired from 364 yards away.
Bullet race
Check out this amazing race between the .22LR, .22WMR, .17HMR, .22 Hornet and .22 K-Hornet. All the ballistics are explained in detail so you can make an informed choice about which one is right for your small game hunting needs.
