Bespoke new Australian home for Perazzi shotguns

The presence of Perazzi shotguns in Australia stands to be boosted to new levels with a dedicated showroom and service centre as well as a mobile showroom and workshop that will attend major events.

It is part of an investment in the high-quality brand by new distributor NIOA, which is now responsible for Perazzi in Australia and New Zealand.

Perazzi is well-known for its high-quality double-barrelled shotguns, which have been used to win more than 60 Olympic medals since the company began production in 1957.

NIOA’s Perazzi Shotgun Sports manager Keith Grundy — who has more than three decades of gunsmithing experience under his belt — said NIOA would establish a bespoke gunsmithing service for Perazzi customers, with a particularly impressive new showroom at NIOA HQ in Brisbane.

“We’ve equipped the showroom with a wide variety of Perazzi shotguns in a multitude of configurations, which enables the selection process and fitting to be carried out seamlessly,” he said.

“What makes this service exceptional is the expertise behind it — gunsmiths trained directly by Perazzi in Italy, ensuring the highest standard of detail and authenticity.

“We are taking the service a step further with a dedicated Perazzi display and service truck that will attend selected shooting events around Australia.

“It will offer free servicing of Perazzi shotguns, including genuine parts, minor repairs and adjustments on-site, expert advice from NIOA’s gunsmithing team, and display of shotguns and accessories for interested shooters, and even some demonstration models for them to test.

“Brisbane-based shooters, and those willing to travel for perfection, can now access world-class fitting and customisation, all under the guidance of experts directly connected to the Perazzi legacy.”

Keith said his team would be backing shooters with an “industry-leading” aftercare package for Perazzi customers.

The package will apply to every new Perazzi shotgun sold by NIOA, with two years of free annual servicing by trained technicians using genuine parts, and the extension of the two-year warranty to five years.

“This comprehensive approach not only maintains the firearm’s peak performance but also protects the investment and ensures long-term satisfaction.”
