Texas Man Kills 188 kg Feral Hog Eating Fawns on His Land With an AR-15

A man in Texas was having a little bit of a turf war with a 188kg feral pig he called “the bush beast” that kept killing fawns on his property. That hog learned real quick why you never mess with a Texan and his hunting property.

Fox Newsreports that Joe Clowers,of Union Grove, Texas, tries to keep his property “like a sanctuary or nursery for the deer to raise fawns,” but the massive hog was wreaking havoc by feasting on the young deer.

Texas hosts one of America’s biggest feralpig populations, with an estimated 4 millionpiogs statewide – and they keep expanding further and further into developed neighborhoods.

Clowers said he took the animal using an AR-15, and plans to keep a trophy of the beast mounted on his wall at home.

“He was the big daddy,” Clowers stated. “I called him the bush beast.”
