Q: I’ve just bought a secondhand Marlin Model 1895 SBKL which is fitted with a rear ghost ring sight adjustable for windage and elevation. It is not properly zeroed so can you tell me how to adjust it and how much adjustment there may be?
Peter Powell
A: The XS Systems Ghost Ring sight provides 14 inches of windage and 16 inches of elevation adjustment
at 100 yards with a 24-inch sight radius. Elevation changes are made by screwing the aperture up or down; windage changes are made by the use of opposing windage screws.
